The more we work our program the less hold the urges have on us. As you may recall it took me 6 months for the mental cravings to be removed. It is worth every effort and then some Twig. This is a life changer. Nothing, not parenthood etc has the potential to create the positive paradigm shift that a solid, spirtually based recovery can. I'm doing well, back at work and excited to take my 2 month chip tomorrow night!!! I went to the Ranch last night and said my goodbyes to Ashley and Jim.....pretty soon all my old Ranch-mates will be gone..... hopefully we can all stay connected. I love this site because it's private, not like Facebook. Here we can all feel free to talk about our addictions without the whole world knowing about it!!
