Am I an Alcoholic???
I am currently on vacation in mexico staying at a very nice condominium complex with many very nice people seeming to be having a great time. However, many persons here meet daily as early as 10 am to sit out on the large patio and talk, play cards, other games etc and they begin drinking, every day, and all day. Hi Mark,
just wanted to say thanks for taking the time to meet with me when I popped by the Ranch last week. Walking the 12 step trail and connecting with people out there again was the highlight of my trip. I really needed this time away - travelling back to Cranbrook was just what I needed! take care....

I just got back from a trip to the Galapagos Islands and Peru. It was marvelous and an incredible experience. Trips such as that to 3rd world countires, certainly gives me perspecitve and allows me to recognize all of my blessings.
I am doing some great counseling work with Lynn Lambert as referred by Elizabeth. Feeling lighter and happier all of the time!

Hi Mark,
Things have been going well, thank you. Been slowly returning back to work which has surprisingly been difficult for me as I realized there's lots of triggers there, but at this point, really trying to take it easy. Been definitely missing life at the ranch but trying to integrate the aspects I enjoyed a lot into my life here. Yesterday went to a beautiful dog park with my dog, Jay and his dog and the trails reminded us so much of life there. Overall everythings been good; taking a bit longer than i anticipated getting settled back but just trying to take it easy as much as I can. Hope all is well with you :)
